When it comes to top events, Mini In The Park really does have all the boxes ticked. Whether you enjoy the social life, the endless customisation, restoration, polishing, driving, classic or modern, there's something for everyone at this event. Mini In The Park  is the UK’s top Mini show for owners of classic Minis and new MINIS, plus Mini clubs and a Mini show for car fans of all ages. Mini In The Park (‘mitp’ for short) features Mini Run What Ya Brung (RWYB) racing, Mini club car displays, Mini trade stands and Autojumble, plus lots of great action and entertainment, and a great Mini festival atmosphere. It's going to be a weekend to remember! 

Mini In The Park takes place at Santa Pod Raceway, Airfield Road, Podington, Wellingborough, Northants NN29 7XA. As Santa Pod Raceway is in a rural location, there are no direct links to public transport. Wellingborough is the nearest town and taxis can be found outside the train station. 

Show Opening Times

Club entry from 06:30am

Public entry from 09:00am - 5.00pm

Camping Opening Times

Saturday access for camping is from 12:00pm, last entry for camping is 10:00pm. Entertainment and bar closes at midnight.

If you arrive before 12:00pm on Saturday you will need to pay for a Santa Pod RWYB entry ticket priced at £10 per person in addition to your weekend ticket. Due to traffic congestion, waiting outside the gates to Santa Pod  will not be permitted. We advise you arrive from 2:00pm.

Advance tickets close midnight Saturday before the show. 

Public Weekend Tickets

Includes entry ticket and camping on the Saturday night.

FREE entry for up to two children aged 14 and under when accompanied by a paying adult. Additional children £5 each. Children under 5 are free.

*Please note all bookings will be subject to a £2.00 booking fee 

Camping Tickets

On the gate camping tickets are priced at £10 per person, this does not include entry to the Sunday show, a camping ticket must be purchased in conjunction with a show ticket unless you are already in possession of a show ticket. Show tickets are priced at £20 on the gate.

Weekend tickets do not include child camping, this will need to be purchased on the gate at £10 each – under 5’s go free.

Disabled Visitors

As part of our commitment to make the show accessible to all we will provide those disabled ticket holders that require full time assistance with 1 free ticket for a partner, accompanying friend or personal assistant (PA). You will need to provide a copy of your most recent Personal Independence Payment form (PIP) showing your current entitlement and your ‘blue badge’ if car parking is required. On arrival at the show please liaise with the staff on the gates when presenting your entry ticket.

Parking is free at the show; the marshals will direct you on your arrival.

Is the event solely for Minis?

Yes, it’s a show purely for Minis.

What time does the show open?

Gates are open to the public from 09.00 and closes at 17.30.

Will there be a cash point on site?

Yes, the marshals will direct you to the cash point.

Are credit cards accepted on the gate?

Yes, credit cards can be used on the gate.

Can I bring my pet?

No animals of any kind are allowed onto the site.

Is there a bar on site?

Yes, there is a bar on site.

Are there food units on site?

There are many food units on site open throughout the day and an on site restaurant.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

Yes you can bring food and drink in to the venue.

Will there be someone taking photos of the cars for me to purchase on the day?

Yes there will be a photographer and more information will be found in our show guide.

Are BBQ’s allowed on site?

BBQ’s are not permitted.

Are there any concessions for people with disabilities?

How can I buy a ticket?

All tickets are purchased online via our ticketing system. You can also purchase tickets on the gate. 

Can I get a refund for my tickets once I've bought them?

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable – click here to view our full terms and conditions. If you have taken out refund protection please visit http://www.bookingprotect.com/refund/ where you will be taken through the refund process.

Will I be able to buy a ticket on the gate?

Yes you can buy tickets on the gate from 09:00 at the higher price.

I've bought my ticket but is it secure?

Yes. Each number on the barcode is unique and can only be scanned once. You will need to bring with you the card you purchased the tickets with and photo ID card (such as your driving licence) along with your ticket clearly printed or viewable on your mobile phone to gain entry. We will validate your ticket for entry. If you are unable to provide sufficient ID or your ticket has already been scanned, you will be asked to pay the full entry price on the gate.

My tickets haven’t arrived yet when will I get them?

Tickets are emailed out to you upon confirmation of payment.  Please check your junk or spam folder just in case. If you have not received your ticket please contact our team.

Do I have to purchase a ticket for my child?

Entry is FREE for two children aged 14 and under when accompanied by a paying adult. Additional children are £5 each. Children under 5 are free. You are responsible for any children who attend the event with you and you must ensure that they comply with these terms and conditions.

What if I haven't received my tickets?

If you haven’t received your tickets and you’re leaving for the event, Don’t panic! We have a ticket collection point by the ticket booths at the entrance, where a member of staff will be there to help. Please bring with you your confirmation email and we will be able to issue you with the correct tickets at the event.

Is there car parking available?

Yes, there is a public car park available free of charge.

Is there disabled parking?

Yes, there is a disabled parking area, please ask on the gate for a pass and the marshalls will direct you.

Is there any way that I can park my car in the show rather than in the public car park?

Yes, as part of a club display or it may be possible for you to display your car in the Concours Competition or if you're not part of a club and have a Mini you can park in the Mini-Only Parking Paddock.

Can we camp the night before?

There is camping on site on the Saturday night only. You can arrive on Saturday from 12:00 (midday) until 10.00pm. Please be advised that arriving before midday you will occur a charge of £10, for the Run What Ya Brung event.

Are there toilets on site for campers?

Yes, there are plenty of toilets on site open 24hrs.

Are there showers on site?

Yes, there are free showers available

Are there electrical connections on site?

No, there are not any electrical hook ups available.

Can I bring my caravan/trailer tent/motor home?

Yes you can bring any of these.

Is there a family/quiet campsite?

Yes there is a separate campsite for anyone wanting a quieter area. Please just ask at the gate and you will be given a separate campsite pass.

Can I park my car next to my tent?

Yes, you can park your car next to your tent.

Can I leave site and then come back in?

Yes, but you will need a pass out and will not be allowed out after 10.00pm.

Do children require a camping ticket?

Yes, Children aged 14 and under will also require a camping ticket. Children under 5 are free.
